Fix the one process that eats your week

We map it on your real data and show exactly what we’d build, the impact and the price, before you spend anything.

Free diagnostic

A typical example. The free diagnostic pins the real number on your own process.

The same diagnostic, in full

The card above is the short version. Here’s that invoice-approval example expanded: the before and after, the industry numbers behind each figure, and a 30-second look at the working loop. Figures are typical benchmarks, not one client’s claim.

Invoice approvals (typical figures)

Before: invoices sit in scattered emails and follow-ups. The average takes 9.2 days to approve, and at month-end a few hundred are “somewhere in email.”

After: a controlled loop captures each invoice, routes it, tracks what’s still waiting, and flags duplicates before payment, so you see the whole pipeline.

€10–15 → <€3cost per invoice
9.2 → 3.1 daysapproval time, toward best-in-class
duplicates & fraudcaught before payout

The diagnostic that scopes a build like this, for one chosen process, is free.

Why it’s possible today

Custom software used to be a privilege of large companies. That has changed, and that’s why we can start with a free diagnostic.

In the past

A custom solution meant a big, long and expensive project. Mostly only large companies could afford it.

Today

With AI and modern tools we deliver the same thing faster and far cheaper, accessible to smaller companies too. We connect the tools you already use and build custom only where nothing off-the-shelf fits.

What you get from the diagnostic

No big project in the dark. We start with one process and hand you a concrete, costed plan.

Mapped process

We name the specific need, inputs, outputs and the places where time or errors are lost.

Solution design

We design a simple version of the solution that solves one clear need without needless complexity.

Costed proposal

Exactly what we’d build, the expected impact and the price. No obligation.

How the diagnostic works

Four steps from one process to a costed proposal. The diagnostic itself takes a few days, with no commitment to continue.

  1. 01

    We pick one process

Together we find one specific need where a solution makes the most sense.

  2. 02

    We design the shortest path

No big project, just what it takes to validate the value.

  3. 03

    You get a costed proposal

Exactly what we’d build, the expected impact and the price.

  4. 04

    You decide, then we build

If it’s worth it, we agree the scope and price and build it.

Who it’s for

If you recognize yourself in any of these, we have something to talk about.

Companies with manual workflows

You retype invoices, orders and reports by hand, and it costs hours every week.

Teams with disconnected tools

Excel, emails and systems that don’t talk to each other, so data gets duplicated and lost.

You want AI but have no one to build it

You know AI and automation would help. You’re just missing the team to make it happen.

Your processes shouldn’t just run — they should improve

We don’t build isolated tools. We build controlled improvement loops around your real processes, with AI where it actually helps, a human in control and a number that proves it worked.

The loop stays the same. The use case changes: invoices, field paperwork, a self-updating wiki, dispatching, reporting, controlling, procurement, support, cloud security, AI adoption, AI agents, invoice data extraction, law firms.

Questions you’re probably asking

What does the free diagnostic actually cost me?
Your time: a couple of hours to show us the process and answer questions. No fees, no card.
Who owns what you build?
You do. We build on your own accounts where we can, with no vendor lock-in.
What about our data and security?
We work in line with GDPR and agree how data is handled up front. Privacy (GDPR)
What happens after the diagnostic?
If the proposal makes sense, we build the first version, typically from about €2,000. Once it’s running, you choose what’s next: we look after it and keep improving it every month, we expand it to more processes (a one-off expansion, typically from €4,900), or you take it over yourself. No obligation either way.
How long does it take?
The diagnostic takes a few days. If you proceed, a working first version is usually ready in about 2–3 weeks.
We have no IT team. Is that a problem?
No. That’s exactly who this is for. We handle the technical side.

Let’s start with a free diagnostic

We pick one process, map it on your real data, and hand you a costed proposal: what we’d build, the impact and the price. Free, no commitment. If it won’t work on your process, we’ll tell you straight.
